SME Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Achieving the revenue targets by adding new accounts and driving the growth of existing merchants.
  • Maintaining 0% Customer Churn by building strong relationships with customers by resolving their day-to-day issues.
  • Ensuring assigned merchant metrics of Qwqer are adhered to and making sure of every order being delivered the way it’s supposed to be with no margins for errors.
  • Coordinating with all internal stakeholders like Operations, Customer Support, and Partner Support to ensure all customer issues are addressed and closed on time.
  • Ensuring Driver Availability to customers by analysing the order projection of Customers.

SME Sales Executive

Required Skills:

  • Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in similar role.
  • Familiar with the geography and market understanding of the city.
  • Very strong relationship-building skills.
  • A great attitude and a sense of ownership
  • English and Local Language is a must.
  • Must have a Two-Wheeler.
