  • Designing ATL & BLT led monthly marketing campaigns.
  • Brand-tie ups to execute co-branded activities for cost effectiveness.
  • Vendor management. Effective utilization of budget.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and   vendor
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Competition analysis
  • Category and product analysis
  • Offline and brand activation
  • Marketing spend analysis vs ROI
