Manage End to End Ecommerce account management which includes Merchant onboardings, Catalogue Management, Brand & Listing creations, E-commerce team management, Business development and advertisement in the field of Online Shopping.
Review and revise key metrics related to tracking and improving productivity, Growth and P&L.
Prepare weekly and monthly business reports with necessary callouts pertaining to Inflow, Productivity, SLA Percentage, and profit generation.
Have a thorough understanding of the industry, trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.
Strong focus on customer needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to deliver a customer experience that is unparalleled.
Managing Onboarding team and cataloguing team for ensuring smooth on-boarding of the signed merchants, end to end coordination to source all the relevant details for activation and to ensure that the merchants are activated within the stipulated time frame.
Work with cross-functional teams including UI/UX teams and technology teams, to define, drive, and launch improvements to the shopping experience.
Understanding the business of the merchant and matching it with the user expectations by sourcing and promoting offers on the bestselling products, planning different brand-specific campaigns, strategizing MOM order growth plans, working on the monthly brand-wise order projections, and ensuring that the projections are overachieved with the help of Marketing team.
Build a best-in-class customer experience for the product by constantly upgrading shopping pages, product pages, etc.

Required Skills:
Any graduate with (4-12yrs) experience in B2C Ecommerce Orgs.
MBA in Ecommerce may be advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and team handling skills.
